The team behind the wave
One or two people running the whole social function, publishing three-plus times a week. The calendar gives structure; the card supplies the timely angle that makes a post perform.
MEME TRACKER · C6
Meme Tracker is a single-page intelligence card surfacing the ten to fifteen memes, keywords, and content formats being concurrently pushed by algorithmic distribution and audience attention across Hong Kong platforms — inside a 24-to-48-hour window. It does not report what happened. Trending feeds already do that, and by the time something is visibly trending, the window is closing.
THE PREMISE
The difference between those two days is the entire product. The card is deliberately thin — its value is speed and judgement, not depth. Delivered by 09:00 HKT on edition days; no signal on the card is ever older than 48 hours at the moment it arrives.
ANATOMY OF THE CARD
Emerging, Accelerating, or Peaking — with an estimate of the attention window remaining. Volume alone does not tell you direction, and publishing into a decaying meme reads as late.
The community-native phrasing alongside every signal, rendered in Traditional Chinese where the meme is Cantonese-native. Brands routinely find the right topic and execute it in brand language — the community instantly reads it as inauthentic.
Green, amber, or red — already made, with a one-line rationale where care is needed. Red-flagged memes appear so the client understands the environment, but never carry a participation recommendation. That rule has no exceptions.
One line per meme. A starting point, not a script. HKM provides the market signal; the client provides the voice.
A short, human-authored strategic interpretation closing every edition — the cultural meaning behind the period's dominant signals. Written and signed by an HKM analyst, every edition, without exception.
WHO IT SERVES
One or two people running the whole social function, publishing three-plus times a week. The calendar gives structure; the card supplies the timely angle that makes a post perform.
One visibly late post costs more than a missed trend. The card shows what is accelerating across the platform matrix — and how much window remains.
On the daily tier the card lands before the morning editorial meeting and replaces twenty minutes of scroll-and-feel guessing with a ranked, safety-checked starting point.
The same engine, read separately through up to three brand lenses — so the F&B card and the fintech card are each genuinely native. The agency owns the relationship; HKM is the intelligence layer underneath.
Cadence scales with how the client works: three editions a week, daily weekday delivery, or multi-lens agency configuration.
The one qualifying question: if you learned on Tuesday morning that a format is accelerating with three days of attention left, could you publish by Wednesday night?
If the answer is no, the fit is monthly intelligence, not the card — start with C1 · Platform-Specific Social-Media Report. And when a subscriber starts asking why something worked, or whether a competitor is gaining — those are depth questions the card deliberately does not answer. The wider HKM line does.
